We want your order to arrive on time, in perfect condition, and without any guesswork. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once packed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Processing time and delivery time are separate — your delivery window starts once the carrier has your package.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 9:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day
  • Orders placed after 9:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day

Our Carriers

Depending on your location, your order may ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or UniUni (a trusted regional courier operating across major US cities). We always pick whichever option is most reliable for your area.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number goes to the email used at checkout once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for it to activate. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder first — then contact us at contact@unauna.us.

Where We Ship

Una Una ships to US domestic addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Address

Double-check your address before placing your order. We can't take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect details at checkout. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us at contact@unauna.us as soon as possible — we'll try our best to fix it before it ships.

Damaged or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@unauna.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email contact@unauna.us as soon as possible. Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, changes may not be possible — in that case, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
