How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Una Una is simple:

  1. Browse our collection and select your preferred style, size, and color
  2. Click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" on the product page

  4. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and select your preferred payment method

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change:

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes 5–7 business days.

Delivery timeframes apply to business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Una Una ships to addresses within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future β€” follow us on social media for updates.


What if my package arrives damaged or is missing?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How do I find my correct size?

We recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page before ordering. Key measurements to take are:

  • Waist β€” measured at the narrowest part of your torso

Yes β€” many of our blazers are designed to be styled with different trousers, skirts, or sets available in our store. Check individual product pages for styling suggestions, or contact us for personalized recommendations.


How do I measure for a blazer dress?

For blazer dresses, you will need four key measurements: bust, waist, shoulder width, and back length (from the back of your neck to your desired hem). If you need help, email us at contact@unauna.us and we will walk you through it.

How should I care for my suit?

Care instructions vary by fabric. As a general guide:

  • Polyester suits β€” dry clean recommended to preserve structure and color
  • Linen blends β€” machine washable at 30Β°C with a mild detergent; line dry to maintain shape
  • Wool or wool-blend suits β€” dry clean or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag; lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight; steam lightly to refresh

Always check the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.


Why does my suit arrive with tissue paper and a hanger?

We pack all suits with protective tissue paper to prevent creasing and fabric damage during transit, and include a sturdy hanger to help maintain the shoulder structure of the blazer. This ensures your suit arrives in the best possible condition, ready to wear with minimal preparation.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.


How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


What if I received the wrong or defective item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. If confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
