We want every order to feel like the right choice. If something isn't working out, we'll make the process simple and stress-free.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal and submit your request with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief reason. We'll review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is completely free on all approved returns. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. No fees. No deductions. No surprises.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to post it — that's on their end, not ours.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you need.

No Restocking Fees

Una Una does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@unauna.us with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement — no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Cancel any time before your order ships by emailing contact@unauna.us. Once it's dispatched, cancellation isn't possible — just wait for delivery and follow the return process above.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
